  • Tosca 400 AFM has the highest resolution and the fastest scanning. It has fast cantilever, probemaster tool, exchangeable actuator body, automatic laser alignment, coarse approach with side view camera and automatic engagement. In addition, it produces an image of the surface topography of a flat, solid sample, and measures physical and mechanical properties such as adhesion, frictional force, hardness, etc.

  • A high-performance adsorption analyzer for measuring surface area, pore size, and pore volume of powders and particulate materials.   • The DynTHERM TGA is an advanced gravimetric instrument featuring a patented Magnetic Suspension Balance that enables measurement of weight changes of materials under high pressure, in the presence of a variety of gases, vapors, or steam, from room temperature to 750°C and 50 bar.
